The Commercial License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to: use the Software for commercial purposes; create up to 20 book campaigns per month; create and sell books to clients; offer book creation services to third parties; and use the Software for agency work.

Royalty Profits AI™ requires third-party API keys to function. You are responsible for obtaining your own API keys from authorized providers, paying any associated API usage fees directly to the providers, complying with the terms of service of all API providers, and maintaining the security of your API credentials. We are not responsible for any costs, limitations, or restrictions imposed by third-party API providers.
Payment for the Software is processed securely through WarriorPlus. All prices are in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required before access is granted.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund: contact our support team within 30 days of purchase, provide your order details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. After 30 days, all sales are final.

You retain full ownership and copyright of all books and content you create using the Software. However, we retain the right to use anonymized data and statistics for marketing purposes.
We provide free software updates and bug fixes, email support for technical issues, and access to training materials and documentation. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Support response times may vary based on ticket volume.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software; we are not responsible for third-party API failures, changes, or costs; and we are not liable for any account suspensions by Amazon or other platforms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you violate these Terms, use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or share or resell your license. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease all use of the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
